CANCELLATION POLICY
At Bloom well-being we put the health and safety of clients and practitioners at the centre of what we do.
During all interactions we try to make you feel as comfortable and happy as we can. If you are unwell or do not feel up to attending your arranged appointment we will always accommodate and try and rearrange this for you as quickly as possible.
If you need to rearrange you appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by email or text message. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel on the day of the appointment, I will ask for the full cost of the session to be paid. If you are suddenly taken ill or there is an emergency, please let me know in the first available instance (i.e; first thing in the morning) and I will waive the fees.
I can only accept requests to reschedule via phone/text or email.
